At Olivenell, we want you to love what you wear. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you need a different size, color, or just a better fit, our return and exchange process is designed to be straightforward and stress-free.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be free from makeup marks, fragrance, or any signs of wear
Any item that fails to meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange and could be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or discounted items marked as “final sale”
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items bought during promotional events with no-return terms
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please email us at [email protected]. Once the original item is returned and processed, we will ship out the exchange, subject to product availability.
We recommend placing a new order if you need the item quickly, and we’ll process your return as a refund separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly, offering a full refund, exchange, or replacement free of charge.
